Welcome to the official procurement portal of Lucky Engineering & Scientific Co. By accessing our platform, requesting quotes, or executing purchase orders, you agree to be bound by the following corporate Terms of Service.
These terms govern all B2B transactions, equipment supply agreements, and digital interactions between your entity and Lucky Engineering. Please review them carefully before initiating any procurement.
01General Contracting Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, restricted trade zones, or inability to meet specific technical requirements.
Corporate AuthorityBy agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are an authorized purchasing agent, engineer, or executive capable of forming binding contracts on behalf of your company or government entity.
02Equipment Specifications & Accuracy
We strive to ensure all machinery capacities, engine specifications, surveying tolerances, and product manuals are displayed accurately. However, manufacturers occasionally update model series or technical components without prior notice.
We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. It is the responsibility of the procuring engineer to verify exact technical requirements with our sales team prior to finalizing a purchase order.
03Corporate Billing & Invoicing
All prices are subject to change based on import duties, currency fluctuations, and global supply chain costs. Quotations provided are valid only for the duration explicitly stated on the official proforma invoice.
04Heavy Logistics & Warranty
Site Delivery Protocol
Transportation of heavy construction machinery requires adequate site access. Buyers are responsible for offloading equipment at the destination unless a specialized crane service is contracted beforehand.
Industrial Warranty
Equipment is covered strictly under the manufacturer's operational warranty. Misuse, improper fueling, or unauthorized modifications immediately void all service agreements.View Warranty Docs
05Intellectual Property
All technical diagrams, site content, proprietary catalogs, and brand logos are the exclusive property of Lucky Engineering & Scientific Co. Reproduction or redistribution of our technical documentation without written consent is prohibited.
By finalizing a purchase order or quotation request, you acknowledge full acceptance of these terms.
